Coral reefs are some of the oldest and most diverse ecosystems on the planet. For decades, scuba divers have been drawn to the beauty of the coral and the vast amount of marine life living among the reef. But these important ecosystems are in danger. Due to multiple stressors, the coral reefs are declining dramatically. But there is hope! Through innovative techniques developed through the Coral Restoration Foundation, the reefs are headed on a path to natural recovery.

Join a group of High Plains Scuba divers as they are trained in ground-breaking techniques for growing, maintaining and outplanting coral to the reefs in Key Largo, Florida. Through the guidance of the Coral Restoration Foundation, you can make a difference in bringing the coral reefs back to their original vibrant condition!
