Proudly based in Fort Collins since 1983, High Plains Scuba Center is the oldest and largest dive center serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming. For more than four decades, we have helped people discover the underwater world through exceptional instruction, quality equipment, unforgettable travel, and a community built around shared adventure.
We welcome people where they are—whether they are taking their first breath underwater, returning to diving after time away, developing advanced skills, preparing for a dream destination, or introducing their children to the water. We also believe a lifelong connection to the water begins early. Through our youth swim program, children build water-safety skills, confidence, and respect for the aquatic environment in a supportive, encouraging setting.

All classes are a 1 to 1 student to teacher ratio, so swimmers get individualized attention while learning skills.
Decades of experience have taught us there are four requirements to the ultimate in diver safety. These four requirements are the foundation of our training.
What better way to experience being able to breathe and swim underwater than in the comfort of our 88° indoor heated pool. Under the supervision of our experienced diving instructors this one hour “Try Scuba” session is designed for you to put on a complete set of scuba equipment, get in the water and actually see what’s like to be a Scuba Diver.
