Dominica

Dominica

September 14 -21, 2024

Dominica, home to the largest and most intact oceanic rainforests in the Caribbean, will enchant you. This beautiful island has earned a reputation as one of the leading eco-destinations for divers and travelers alike.

While diving you’ll see a brilliant array of marine life. Crinoids, anemones, blue chromis, creole wrasse and blackbar soldierfish are abundant. You may even catch a glimpse of a seahorse or a frogfish nestled among the barrel sponges and gorgonians.

Commonly known as the “Nature Island”, Dominica juts up from the glistening waters of the Caribbean. When you’re not diving, you can spend time soaking in a natural hot spring at the base of a 200 foot waterfall, bird watching or hiking through the lush rainforest.

You’ll be staying at Fort Young, which was originally built in 1720 and inhabited for centuries by both the French and the English. The historic fort has been remodeled into a beautiful hotel sporting 71 rooms, along with one of the best restaurants on the island!

Dominica is truly a keepsake of the Caribbean’s past—undisturbed, friendly and breathtaking. Come dive into Dominica and find out why it’s one of the top diving experiences in the world!
